We all go through challenging times in our lives, which can cause intense anxiety and depression, leading to feelings of fear, sadness, loss, anger and frustration. As an integrative counselling I can work with you to break down barriers or thinking patterns that cause disharmony, to hopefully find some answers to issues, restoring balance back into life.

About me and my practice
Life experience, years of training and time helping others, allows me to support you to find a way through the woods towards a path that works for you.
When I had the courage I reached out for support and found counselling and energy healing to be a powerful catalyst for change, empowerment and loving myself again. We all require support in life and the hardest part can be accepting you have issues and asking for help.
Experience
I trained with a a range of voluntarily services including Gorton Monastery, which had a free counselling service. Ashgate Hospice, which was predominantly Bereavement counselling for family of cancer
Patients. I completed a placement counselling primary school children with Place2be. I work at a school as an SEMH working 1:1 with primary school children. I Work as a behaviour mentor supporting university students, which is extremely rewarding. I trained as an energy healer with the healing trust and feel I bring a natural intuitive energy into sessions when working with clients. I have helped clients struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, self esteem, relationship problems, confidence, life's purpose, trauma, chronic pain, womens health, menopause, endometriosis and infertility.
Qualifications
Healing Trust energy healing practitioner levels 1, 2 and 3
Level 3 in counselling
Level 4 Diploma.

Initial Consultation
First consultation is free 15 minute talk about your counselling requirements.
Fees
I charge £57 for a face to face session and remote sessions. I do offer concessions depending on circumstances.
When I Work
I can do face to face sessions from 1:30pm most days and from 6:30pm in the evenings for remote sessions
